For an easy arrival and a relaxed stay for everyone, here is what you need to know before you book and before you arrive.

The house rules apply to all guests; the payment, cancellation and security deposit conditions at the bottom of the page apply to bookings made directly on our website.

  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments.
  • Parties and events are not permitted.
  • Quiet hours from 23:00 to 08:00.
  • Please arrange use of the barbecue with Cristina. Charcoal is not provided.

€2.00 per person per night

Payable on site in cash. Children aged 14 and under are exempt.

Getting to the house

  • The house sits slightly above the lakeside road and is reached by a short uphill walk of about 50 metres: in return, more peace and quiet and a wider view over Lake Garda.
  • The entrance is shared by the two apartments: the Riva apartment is on the right, the Limone apartment on the left.
  • The apartments are on the first floor and are reached by stairs: there is no lift.

Guests and documents

  • Access to the property is reserved exclusively for registered guests named in the booking.
  • At check-in, we need an identity document for each guest, as required by Italian law.

Cot and beds

  • A travel cot with a changing table can be added directly when booking by selecting the dedicated option: the price is shown in the booking form.
  • In the Limone apartment, the double bed can be arranged as two single beds: please let us know when you book.

Direct bookings on our website

The following conditions apply to bookings made directly through our website.

Payment

  • A deposit of 50% of the total amount at the time of booking.
  • The balance is charged automatically 14 days before arrival.
  • Payment by credit card. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact us for the details.

Cancellation

  • For cancellations made at least 30 days before arrival, the deposit is refunded, less any payment system fees.
  • For cancellations from 29 to 15 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount is retained.
  • For cancellations made 14 days or fewer before arrival, or in the event of a no-show, no refund is given.

Security deposit

  • €250, handled as a pre-authorisation on your card: the amount is only blocked, not charged.
  • The pre-authorisation is made 2 days before check-out and, if there is no damage or other amount due, it is released at check-out.
